    Eight Bentley University student-athletes, including three members of the Class of 2018, were recently chosen for Academic All-Northeast-10 honors in swimming and diving. No other conference institution had more than four swimmers and divers earn Academic All-Conference honors in swimming.

Hebron School) captured the gold medal in the 200 yard butterfly for the third time in four years Sunday during the final day of the 2018 Northeast-10 Conference Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships at WPI’s Sports and Recreation Center.

Foran HS), were honored by the Northeast-10 Conference for their performance in the Falcons’ final dual meet of the season.
  • Niemiec Leads Bentley to 10th Straight Win, 221-67 over Bridgewater State

    In her final career dual meet, Bentley University senior captain Emily Niemiec (Meriden, Conn./Francis T. Maloney HS) posted two individual victories and was part of two winning relays to help the Falcons to a 221-67 win over Bridgewater State University in women’s college swimming Wednesday evening at the Dr. Mary Jo Moriarty Pool.

    Bentley University seniors Jonny Boains (Unionville, Conn./Farmington HS) and Juan Quiroga (Bogota, Colombia) have been selected as the Northeast-10 Conference Men’s Swimmer and Men’s Diver of the Week, respectively, following their outstanding performances last week. In addition, junior Melissa Viator (Lubbock, Texas/Lubbock HS) was recognized as CollegeSwimming.com’s Northeast-10 Women’s Swimmer of the Week.

    Led by junior Kate Kaduboski (Dedham/Dedham HS) and senior Emily Niemiec (Meriden, Conn./Francis T. Maloney HS), the Bentley University Falcons captured 12 of 13 events and cruised to a 128-83 win over Babson College in women’s college swimming Tuesday evening at the Babson Pool.

    Bentley University sophomore Paige MacNeil (Branford, Conn./Branford HS) was a triple-winner for the second straight day, helping the Falcon women’s swimming and diving team to a 199-95 Senior Day victory over Keene Sate College Saturday afternoon at the Dana Center.

    Bentley University sophomore Paige MacNeil (Branford, Conn./Branford HS) posted three individual wins and participated on a winning relay, helping the Falcons post a 177-121 win over Pace University in women’s swimming and diving at the Dana Center pool Friday afternoon. The victory was the seventh straight for the Falcons after a season-opening loss.

  • Bentley Tops NCAA Academic Success Rate Report, Receives President’s Award for Academic Excellence

    Bentley University is tied for number one nationally in the latest NCAA Division II Academic Success Rate report. Of the three institutions who shared the top spot with a 98 percent ASR, Bentley is the only one that has a football program. In recognition of having a four-year ASR of 90 or better, Bentley received a “Presidents’ Award for Academic Excellence” from the NCAA.

  • Bentley Swim Teams Stand in 5th after Day 1 of Gompei Invitational; Niemiec Has Top Finish for Falcons

    Both the Bentley University men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams finished day 1 of the Gompei Invitational at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in fifth place Friday night. The women’s team finished with 579 points, trailing number four Roger Williams by just ten, and the men’s team, with 410, was only six back of fourth-place Roger Williams.

    Junior Kate Kaduboski (Dedham/Dedham HS) won three individual events, stretching her personal winning streak to 10 races, as the Bentley University women’s swimming team captured every event en route to a 176.5-100.5 win over Brandeis University in the battle of Waltham Friday night at the Dana Center.

    Bentley University junior Kate Kaduboski (Dedham/Dedham HS) has been named the Women’s Swimmer of the Week in the Northeast-10 Conference and five of her teammates were also recognized by the conference for their performance Sunday against The College of Saint Rose.
