    Almost two years ago, Lauren Lukis gave birth to her first child, Luke. While this in and of itself may not be newsworthy to those outside Lukis’ family circle, how about this? Lukis is the women’s soccer coach at Bentley, and was back on the sidelines later that month.

    No. 16 ranked Adelphi continued its unbeaten start to the season with a 3-1 home win over visiting Bentley in Northeast-10 women’s soccer on Monday afternoon. Freshman Megan Doubleday (Wolcott, Conn./Wolcott) had a 2nd half goal for the Falcons.

    The Northeast-10’s leading goal scorer Kallie Villemaire scored two goals to lead Assumption to a 2-1 victory over the Bentley women’s soccer team on Saturday afternoon. Senior Peyton Kent (Amherst, N.H./Souhegan) had the goal for the Falcons.
  • Trio Lead Bentley to 2-0 Home Win over Merrimack

    Junior Brandi McDonald (East Bridgewater, Mass./East Bridgewater) and sophomore Sammy Millman (Northport, N.Y./Northport) each scored in the first half, and goalkeeper Deirdre Macrorie (Winchester, Mass./Winchester) saved a penalty kick as the Bentley women’s soccer team defeated Merrimack 2-0 on Wednesday.
  • Bentley Suffers 2-1 OT Defeat to AIC; Connolly Scores in 3rd Straight Game

    Despite freshman Lindsey Connolly (Suffield, Conn./Suffield) scoring for the 3rd straight game, the Bentley women’s soccer team suffered a tough 2-1 overtime defeat to AIC on the road Friday night in the NE10 opener for both teams.

    Today’s scheduled women’s soccer non-conference game at Bentley between the Falcons and Franklin Pierce has been postponed due to the threat of heavy rain in the area. A makeup date if any is to be determined.
