    For the 17th straight semester, Bentley University had the most selections for the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll with 376 Falcon student-athletes recognized for having a 3.0 or better during the spring 2017 semester.

Teammates Stephanie Helin (Manchester, Conn./East Catholic HS) and Riane Hunt (Millis/Millis HS) were both voted to the All-Rookie team.

Senior forward Ana Tantum (Trumbull, Conn./Trumbull HS) scored her 7th goal of the season for Bentley.

    Bentley University’s first defeat of the season came in the final seconds, as Southern N.H. scored in the 90th minute to win it 2-1, and just over a minute after the Falcons had scored the tying goal from freshman Stephanie Helin (Manchester, Conn./East Catholic HS).

    Bentley University junior Deirdre Macrorie (Winchester/Winchester HS) earned her second Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week Award of the season, the conference announced on Monday. Macrorie made 14 total saves in a 1-0-1 week for the Falcons.

    The Bentley women’s soccer team will take the field for the first time in 2016 when they play Dominican on Friday at 4:00 pm in the first game of the Kickoff Classic in North Andover. The opening weekend tournament concludes Sunday when the Falcons play Molloy on Sunday at 3:00 pm.
