    For the second straight year, Bentley University is ranked number one nationally in the latest NCAA Division II Academic Success Rate report, which was announced today. Bentley, with its highest ASR in the 13 years that the NCAA has been compiling the data, was alone at the top of the rankings, two points above the five institutions tied for second, after sharing the top position a year ago. This was the fifth straight year that Bentley has achieved an ASR of 97 or better and the eighth straight they’ve been above 90.

    Sophomore guard Katie Meriggioli (Waunakee, Wis./ Edgewood HS) put up a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double in her first career start and was one of seven Falcons to connect from three-point land as Bentley University, the eighth-ranked team in Division II preseason, overpowered Concordia College (N.Y.) 94-56 in season-opening women’s basketball Friday night in the Merrimack Conference Challenge at Merrimack’s Bert Hammel Court Friday night.

The partnership will enable all 15 NE10 members to digitally stream HD game broadcasts to one platform provided by Stretch Internet and provide high-quality, consistent viewing experiences for the NE10’s fans across the country.
