    Bentley University senior All-America Holt Sihvonen (Lebanon, Conn./Lyman Memorial HS) closed out his career and the Falcons’ 2017-18 athletic season Saturday by competing in the javelin at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the Irwin Belk Complex.

Both were cited for their performance in Saturday’s Black and Gold Invitational at Bryant University.

    Alex Arnold (Saco, Maine/Thornton Academy) provided the only victory for the Bentley University men’s indoor track and field team Saturday during the Reggie Poyau Memorial at Brandeis University. The sophomore cleared 21 feet in the long jump, just a quarter-inch shy of his career best, to win the event by four inches over Southern Maine’s Kyle Farrar.
  • Bentley Tops NCAA Academic Success Rate Report, Receives President’s Award for Academic Excellence

    Bentley University is tied for number one nationally in the latest NCAA Division II Academic Success Rate report. Of the three institutions who shared the top spot with a 98 percent ASR, Bentley is the only one that has a football program. In recognition of having a four-year ASR of 90 or better, Bentley received a “Presidents’ Award for Academic Excellence” from the NCAA.
